Sweet Pea Baby Shower

We celebrated both the mom and the big sister at a mother daughter baby shower. It's the family's 3rd child and the older boy is 10 and daughter is 8. The girls made diaper babies out of rolled diapers with baby socks as hats and tiny washcloths as blankets. They drew eyes on each doll and presented them to the mom in a box. They also played pin the pacifier on the baby, a baby word search and word scramble. The moms and girls played a game where they brought their own baby photos and whoever matched the most guests to their baby pic accurately won a bottle of sweet pea lotion. They also played a baby word ABC game where whoever came up with the most baby related words for each letter of the alphabet in 3 minutes won a bottle of sweet pea bath gel.

• What People Ate

  The menu was caramel corn with pink M&Ms served in rolled paper doilies, cucumber and PB&J finger sandwiches cut into triangles, deviled eggs with bacon, fruit and yogurt/ice cream dip.

• What People Drank

  We served pink lemon aid punch, personalized water bottles and tea.

• Desserts

  Pink Lemonaide cupcakes with silver sprinkles were the dessert.

• Party Favors

  Sweet Pea scented mini hand sanitizers from Bath and body works with personalized tags. "Thank you for celebrating (mom) and her little sweet pea!"
