    Got purses at the $1 store, jug at Walmart, Etsy for the sayings, candy from Oriental Trading, rhinestone container and frame from Michaels, made cone with Styrofoam and wrapped wreath garland around it- blue and white wreath garland from Walmart. Table cloth- bought fabric at Joanne's fabric with plastic blue one underneath.

    Large standup from Oriental Trading, balloons from ebay- shirts bought from Walmart and went on Etsy to download prints for shirts (however I bought the dark transfer Avery fabric and they faded after the first wash:( Still was cute for the party and helped me keep an eye on everyone.
