My daughter turned three and her favorite movie is Lilo and Stitch, so it was a no-brainer for a theme. We made Hawaiian food and kept activities simple, because we wanted the focus to really be on her.

Hawaiian bags filled with a fish squirter (to represent Pudge), "Cobra Bubbles" (in an ice cream cone shape, to represent the fat guy that never gets to eat his cone), hair flowers, and chocolate bars.
