This tea party was created for a very special person in my life my niece Maia whom was turning 3 years old. What motivated me to do a tea party theme for her was that she has always liked one of my pearl necklaces which I have always tried to hide from her but she always manages a way to find it.
She likes pink like all the little girls and flowers especially roses so they had to be a must for her party. In the entry table there were some lemon cookies and some personalized tea bags that also served as receiving favors for all of her guest.
An easy to do project was the frame on the entry table, the grame was actually golden, I changed the color with matte white spray paint and add a rosette made of tulle to make it a little girly.
To cover the wall behind the cake table I used cream curtains and added pink organza ribbons hanging on the curtains for a touch of sweetness. On one side of the cake table is a table decorated with a tower of teacups, pearl necklaces and pink lemonade.
The Cake pops were made by yours truly although I prefer to let an expert do it I just felt like it would be more special if I had made them for her and they turned out delicious.
The cake, cupcakes and sugar cookies were made by Little Sugar Shop.
