My daughter wanted to celebrate her 13th birthday by having a fun Mad Hatter Tea Party...this was the result....
What People Ate
We had lots and lots of tea party food. We had strawberry and lemon tarts, mini piklets and mini scones, watch lollies, mushroom lollies, eat me sherbert, sandwiches, mini slices, meringues, mini pies and mini sausage rolls, cupcakes, chocolate fountain, fruit.......
What People Drank
The kids drunk punch out of teacups using 1 metre long straws, and sprite out of teapots.....
Lots of our food was desert like so we just served the EAT ME cookie cake....
Each girl got to take home a rose pen that were in tea pots in the centre of the tables, they got lollies and stationery. They also took home their mad hatter hats they decorated themselves and their balloon animals they made.
Activities / Games
The girls all did a decorate your own mad hatter hat (we supplied different ones for each girl), they had a butterfly pinata, they played croquet (I hand made the croquet set), we had a giant inflatable cake ring toss, and there was also a balloon drop over the table at the end.
Watching the girls enjoying the food....
Watching the girls faces when the balloons all fell on them....
