As a child, one of my favorite stories was The Tale of Peter Rabbit. My husband was going to be deployed for my son's first birthday, so we planned to celebrate his birthday on Easter weekend (20 days before his actual birthday). The Tale of Peter Rabbit was the perfect theme! We had brunch foods, and an easter egg hunt for the kids. It was a very sweet and memorable event!
What People Ate
We served brunch food including fresh veggies.
What People Drank
The adults enjoyed mimosas. There was juice and water for the kids.
Cupcakes with Beatrix Potter toppers, cookies with Peter Rabbit edible wafer paper, and cupcakes with "dirt" and carrot topper.
Each child recieved a basket for the egg hunt, pale green bunny ears, and a small copy of the Peter Rabbit story and a small Peter Rabbit doll.
