Hi Del C, I sketched cloud shapes onto poster board and cut them out. I glued the cotton to poster board. Then I used t-pins and pinned them to the drapery. The poster board is thin enough to get the t-pins through and light enough so they were not weighted down.

What kind of cotton did you use????? Like the stuff used for stuffing???

Did you glue down the cotton for the centerpieces on cardboard as well or did you just place it around the centerpiece?

Where did you get the light up star signs from?

Hello Amanda A, I got them from Michaels, but they are no longer sold there. You should try amazon. They are Heidi Swapp Marquee stars.
