Party Recap...
It took me three months to plan this amazing Circus Birthday for Maria Carolina. She was turning 2 yrs old. I used Oriental Trading, Hobby Lobby, Marshalls, Amazon, HWTM, to create this Circus Carnival fun party. She danced, she laughed, she sang, she had a great time!
