Party Recap

My Daughter wanted to celebrate her 6th birthday "under the Sea". She has grown out of the Aerial stage so, we went with something a little more modern and whimsical but still young and fun!
The colors we choose were Turquoise Blue and Orange. The main eatting area was deorated with blu and orange paper pom poms and tall glass cylinders filled with blue water. I placed water goggles on the front of the cylinder vases to make them fun and appealing to the kids.
The place mats were foam sheets cut into the shape of fish. I layered them with plates, napkins, and utensils. I used orange and white polka dot scrapbook paper to cover the cups and added a blue and white striped paper straw to the cup!
For the place cards, I used mini acrylic dip cups and filled them with blue sand. I then placed a tagerine on top of the sand, and then added the girls names that were attached to a blue beach umbrella.
The girls had a great time with the treasure hunt and sand art. The treats table was all blue and orange. It was a pretty simple display of the cake, rice krispy treats, marmallows and popcorn.
Hope you enjoy the party!

Wow so clever! I love how the water looks, the color is perfect...and the goggles put it over the top. Nice job!
