Fish, fish, shark (instead of duck, duck, goose), Oceans Alive (similar to Red Rover but the "Shark" tries to catch the fish)
Budget
Most of the decorations were printed off on a home printer or made with tissue paper, paper plates and streamers.

Buckets filled with beach toys, mermaid tatoos and stickers and under the sea gummies.
