I used T-pins and hot glue to secure the balloons to the foam board.

Hi! How did you make the banner with "Baby Jayce" ? Trying to replicate that for my shower but we can't figure it out. Thanks so much!

Hi...I cut the banner out of poster board and spray painted it gold. Then I cut out the letters and spray glued them to the banner. After this I curved the banner and pinned it in place with t-pins to hold it. I made sure all the t-pins were hidden behind the banner...hope this helps!

Hi Dana! One more question, how did you make the cloud backdrop? Love how realistic and playful it is.

Hi Sahar W...the cloud backdrop was a roll of poster paper that came with the clouds already on it. I purchased it from ACMoore. I cut it and spray gluded it to poster board.

I am absolutely freaking out over this!!! LOL. I have been looking for something like this for my son's upcoming first birthday party. The theme is "A Roaring Adventure" (Based on his nickname, "Cubby" and his favorite stuffed lion pal, Roary. Combined with his room theme of hot air balloons). Is this just 2 normal foam board panels from a craft store taped together in the middle?? You absolutely made it look stunning! I saw your comment on the paper and how you attached the balloons, but my question is... Is it resting ON the tabletop? How did you "brace" the foam boards for support?? It seems like the baskets/balloons would create a lot of weight and pull on the foam board. I would love to try and create something similar for my little guy's special celebration. Thanks for sharing this!

Hi Amber, I used a photo backdrop stand behind it for support. The foam board just rested against it.
