Party Recap

I wanted the party to be nice and fun, it was hard to keep the decorations appropriate for a baptism without making it look like a birthday party!. At the end the party was a success and everyone ask me where I got everything done at I LOVED saying I MADE EVERYTHING!!!! :)

Party Highlights

  • Desserts

I made the cupcakes from the mix boxes they will sell at the grocery store. I made the whip cream from a recipe online. Decorations of the cupcakes were made in the computer and I added a heart sticker. Cake was made by one of my very good friends, the figurine I bought at hallmark.

  • Party Favors

    Candles

  • What People Ate

For food, I felt so lazy to cook for 50+ people! soooo I bought Hawaiian Drive Inn. The set up was as a buffet!

  • Vanessa's Precious Moment

Center Pieces: gold fish bowl $1, candle $1, clear pebbles $1 all from the dollar tree! ribbon used was the left over from the invites! Favor: candles with ribbon around, label in the middle, wrapped in tulle. Invite: Color card stock paper, white card stock paper with the picture of an angel, vellum paper with info for the party, hole puncher, ribbon, cross stickers all from Michael's craft store! Bubbles: (not shown in pics) bought a case of 9 small bubble bottles from dollar tree, with ribbon around and a small bow in the middle. great for kids!!! Favor basket was done by my sis in law (very traditional for Mexican families) I used cross shaped confetti and star shaped confetti to put on to of the table just gave a nice touch!
