Vera's Black and Gold Flamingo First Birthday Party
ByParty Recap
For my second daughter's first birthday, I didn't want to spend as much time or money as I did on my first child's, but I wanted to make it just as special, cute, and memorable. I noticed flamingos becoming increasingly popular; in addition to that, I found a flamingo party box on sale (Studio Pep) AND amazing flamingo goodness at Oriental Trading company...Attempting to not break the bank, I decided upon that as a party theme, but I didn't want the typical tropical-luau flamingo theme because her birthday is in November...that's when the black, gold, white, stripes, and dots came to fruition. This party came together seamlessly, stress-free, and didn't break the bank. Not to mention, it was the cutest party ever. My only complaint: there isn't a flamingo emoji!!
