Vintage Christmas Party
ByParty Recap
This Vintage Christmas party was celebrated with my extended family last Christmas. I chose a colour palette of crisp red and white. I made a striking bunting from fabric scraps, string, ribbons and bells. The rest of the design stemmed from this. I wanted to keep to a vintage theme, so I incorporated a few wooden and rustic elements, like the wooden boxes and old bells. The gingerbread garland was probably one of my favourite parts of the display. I also loved the milk bottles with candy canes...which actually melted, giving the milk a deliciously sweet minty flavour. I also loved the vintage cupcake toppers found on Etsy.
