Vintage Cowgirl Party

When my little cowgirl turned 5, I went ALL out! She loves horses and anything Cowgirl! With grandparents who own a ranch, it wasn't hard to throw the ultimate cowgirl party!

My inspirating was my friend, Angela, at Oh Sugar Events, she gave me some great ideas and so I ran with them! The decor was shabby chic meets cowgirl; with fabric banners, burlap and mason jar vases.

Food was simple, sack lunches for the kiddos and friend chicken and potato salad for the adults. Desserts were strawberry shortcakes in a jar, decorated cowgirl cookies and s'mores on a stick.

The kids enjoyed sack races, the ring toss and what's a cowgirl party without a little horseback ridin'! Yee-Haw!!
