Party Recap

Super cute and surprisingly easy woodland baby shower. With the help of my own two small children, many items used were gathered from my own yard. If it looked natural and earthy (and bug and critter free) we used it! I loved the woodland party supplies that we were able to find from our local craft store. They definitely helped to add the "baby" to the woodland baby shower. An amazing local bakery helped to bring the whole tablescape together with an amazing tree stump cake. It looked super cute and tasted even better.
We served lots of fruit and veggie options. For some reason when I think of "woodland food" I think of natural, good for you (chocolate cake aside) foods. We also served chicken salad and pinwheel sandwiches for those who desired something a little heavier. We topped it off with delicious green lime forest punch and sweet peach tea.
We played a fun game of Woo Knows Mommy Best and Pass the Present. Our sweet family and friends were sent off with a Happy Trails greeting and some tasty trail mix.
Mommy to be loved it and little baby Marshall was showered with amazing gifts.
