Yasmine's Pretty-In-Pink Parisian Party

I'm Najah! Yasmine's big sister. I planned this party for her for months. Every single thing you see is made by me! All of the desserts, the food, the decorations....

Excuse the quality of the photos! Lights were dimmed due to the sweltering heat, and my camera wasn't charged so all of these are taken with a Sony Xperia Z.

• Desserts

  Cake (Marble with vanilla bean frosting and chocolate ganache, dark chocolate with chocolate ganache, vanilla bean with vanilla bean frosting), Buttered popcorn, Salty pretzels, Cherry cheesecake, Chocolate covered strawberries, Chocolate mousse, Eclairs, Vanilla bean sugar cookies, Confetti cake pops, Coconut macaroons, White pearl gumballs, Bubblegum swizzle sticks, Blackberry lollipop sticks, Cookies n cream chocolate, Caramels, Strawberry cheesecake gourmet jelly beans

• Party Favors

  Vanilla bean and chocolate french macarons packaged in small 2"x2"x2" clear plastic boxes, tied with ribbon

• Activities / Games

  The girls enjoyed lots of cute girly gossip as they played while guests arrived. After dinner, they posed in the photo booth (not pictured) with their Parisian photo props. Dessert was served and after all of that sugar things got out of hand... They had so much fun decorating their own cookies and cupcakes at the bakery station, they couldn't wait to take them home and show their parents!!!

• Most Touching Moment

  The birthday girl recieved the Diadem of Ravenclaw, a Hogwart's Crest necklace, and a set of Gryffindor winter clothes (a scarf and hat) and she bawled her eyes out! She is a big Harry Potter fan and went crazy over her gift! She wasn't expecting it! Of course, they were my gifts to her ;)

• Best Dressed

  Yasmine and all of the girls rocked pink, black and white outfits.

• What People Ate

  Fresh bread, Croissant (turkey) sandwiches, an array of cheeses (and crackers!), Spinach hand-pies, Rice & Roasted chicken

• What People Drank

  Fizzy pink raspberry lemonade, Efferve lemonades (Made in France!), coffee, tea, water, pop and juice.
