Where did you get the green runners snd the black stripe in the middle? Did you make it yourself?

The green runner is simply wrapping paper cut in half lengthwise. The black is scrapbook paper that I also cut. I was going to add dashed lines to make it look like a road and ran out of time. The buckets were purchased at the Dollar Tree.
