dizzy dragonfly made all 3 pieces. then i sent pic to cake lady who made matching cookies and cake. dizzy dragonly did a great job, custom made to my specifications, great prices, and shipped to my house. the best part is that she is wearing this dress again a year later (she is almost 2), because i lowered the buttons to make it longer.
