Can you please tell me how and where you got the personalized Lalaloopsy signs, banners and lollipop stickers with your daughtera photo.

I made them myself. I used Photoshop and then my Father-in-Law (who is a printer), printed them for me. I just printed out the lollipop labels on white paper, cut them out and used double-sided tape to attach them to lollipops :)
