They're sugar cookies Angela. I bought 2 packages of premade dough, mixed one in my mixer with about 2 tablespoons of cocoa. Chilled it a little bit to reharden then rolled the two flavors out, laid one on top of the other, rolled them, chilled again. After about an hour, slice & bake!
