Hi, we made them. I printed a boot template and had a carpenter cut the shape. Then my mom painted the boots. I made the hessian bags and my sister made the wanted notes. She also stopped by an old horse riding school and was able to find the horse shoes in a pile of junk. So it basically didn't cost us anything!
