Kavania, if you can get the guitar pictures printed cheap, then yes. The foam core board I bought at Walmart and was able to get 2 out of each board. The stars I got at Party City but you could make your own out of cardstock just as well. I cut the name out of cardstock with my cutter but if you dont have one, you could use stickers or stencils. Also, instead of the shredded foil, you could use tissue paper. What cost me the most was the vinyl guitar prints. Hope that helps. :)

Thanks Lisa! I made them. I had the guitar picture printed on vinyl and stuck it to 20x30 foam core board and cut them out. I used my cricut expression to cut the name out and added stars to it. I also made the stand with the remaining board and added the shredded foil to cover the base.
