Table cloth was bought at a fabric store, it was discounted. Try look at the fabric store, this was just some fabric I draped over a white table cloth. The white one was bought from Amazon.
Banner I made myself. I used pink table clothes from the dollar store to make the tassles. There are tutorials online. Then I printed letters T W O on sheets of paper and traced it on glittered scrapbooking paper (the really thick kind). I cut out the letters and just strung it all together.
