these are great, Im doing a Minnie party for my niece next month.. do you have a tutorial? :)

Bought a few spools of matching ribbon...
Wrapped the bands and hot glued the ends..
Cut circles out of glitter Foam sheets (Michaels)
Fold a little piece of the circle under the band and hot glue
Made the pink polka dot bows out of ribbon and hot glued them on half for the girls. Boys had no bows.
