Take a piece of ribbon the lenght of the arch you want, tie to 2 heavy holders on each end (it could be 2 little buckets filled with marbles) then tie one ballon in the center of the ribbon to make the ribbon fly, tie the other balloons on each side of the first one as close as you can. If you make it with millar balloons you could make it the day before. Good luck!
