Lol. Thank you, Katie. :) I actually just made it myself. Maybe one of these days I will do a tutorial on my blog. It's just super cute scrapbook paper (a 12x12 cut in half)that I accordianed and taped together. I'm sure you can google 'paper madallions' and a tutorial will come up. Then for the letters, I just printed them using the font that I wanted from my computer and then inked the edges. Easy peasy. I strung them on some pink chiffon that I burned the edges of. So easy. YOU can DO it!!
