Love your cupcake topper! How did you make those? I've been wanting to make my own and those circles with the little dots, stump me! :)

I actually make them several ways, but this one in particular:
I designed the 5-color striped pattern (using Illustrator) and had it printed on card stock – then punched out the scalloped circles using a 2-in punch. For the middle circle, I designed the file using Illustrator as well, and had it printed on cardstock too. This time, I used a 1.5 inch circle punch. Then all you have to do is glue them together and attach them to the toothpick or lollipop stick.
