Okay I just looked her party Alice's 1st Birthday made by Betheny T (my sis in law) and she has a tutorial on how to do it. They are paper medallions. :)

Thank you so much Christina! Your comment made my day :) The beautiful banners were made by my very talelented sister in law Betheny. She used scrapbook paper and found a font she liked and printed them out. I know there is much more to them, but not sure the details. This party is beautiful! I especially love the dessert table and the hanging banners over the table, fire place, and outside. Did you make this name banner? If so, how? If not, will you share your source? You truly out did yourself with this party. GORGEOUS!
