Did you make these yourself or did you purchase them..they are so cute!! If you made what kind of paint did you use for the mouth and if you bought were did you get!? thanks

I made them! I actually luckedout and found blue cups at the dollar store in packs of 3 or 4, and just used a paint pen for the mouth.
