Thanks! I made them actually. Just got some plain headbands from the dollar store and wrapped them in blue pipe cleaner (just made sure that all the edges were pushed down, so they weren't sharp). And then I took small styrofoam balls, painted them white, and then painted on black circles. A little hot glue and they're done!
