Please tell me where you found/purchased the jelly fish poofs? love it!

I made them. I purchased most of the tissue paper at Target or a small party supply store near my. I used those fuzzy twist tie sticks in the center of my poofs and then was able to twist the ends of the bottom one to the inside of the one above it. Then, I just bought wired ribbon and curling ribbon and taped them to the center of the lowest poof. Hope this helps!
