Where did you get the party hats from? Adorable! Would love to have them for my daughter's 1st birthday in November!

Stephanie, I made them with scrapbook paper, hats from the Dollar Tree and spray glue. The ladybugs were cut out with my Silhouette machine. They were easy to make!
