Hi , Those were actually cake pops. I used chocolate molds and first wrote the number 2 with dark chocolate, then covered the mold with a very thin layer of white chocolate, filled it up with crumbled cake mixed with icing ( same mix you would use for cake pops) and "closed" the shell with white chocolate. Kids loved them!
