It's not that difficult. It just takes some time. All you do is get three syrofoam balls, ribbon and pins- loop the ribbons and pin them one by one onto the styrofoam balls. Once your done connect the styrofoam balls together with wooden dowels and use another wooden dowel to connect the Mickey/Minnie head to the styrofoam block base. The base should be snug in your bottom container. I used a terra cotta pot.

Yes, I did make the ribbon topiary. I also painted the terra cotta pots.
