Kim J, I made the signs, very easily. I used red, white and black cardstock. To make the flower I used two different sized scalloped edged punch. You can get them at any craft store. The stem was made out of ribbon and the leaves were made using a Mickey punch, also purchased at craft store. Once I punched the paper, I glued them all together. Hope that helps!
