Sorry for the delayed response. The arches are individual single balloon arches made from fishing line and 22 balloons tied directly on them about 12 inches apart. I added the ribbons to make the effect even bigger. The lines are anchored at the top of the stairs along the wall vertically on 3m hooks and anchored with big rocks horizontally on the top of the desk. The rocks are covered by air-inflated white balloons for clouds.
