A Big Little Bash understands that the definition of the 'perfect' event varies greatly from one client to another, depending on their tastes, dreams and wishes. For this reason all our event services are tailored to each individual client's needs and we therefore approach each event with a bespoke pricing structure based on these requirements. We recommend having an initial consultation following which we will prepare a considered proposal outlining the scope of work and fee to deliver what you have asked of us.

We know how fast kids grow up and how there are only a few precious years when you can throw them a party that will enchant and captivate their hearts and minds for the rest of their lives. We can plan everything and also attend the party if required so all you need to worry about is sharing in the magic of the day.
We are a breath of fresh air to the Party Planning industry. We specialise in kids party's that are trendy, classy, stylish and unique. It's all about attention to detail. We make use of uniquely designed 3D-Decor.

Welcome to A Big Little Bash, a bespoke events company. We offer a fully client managed service that starts with you and ends with you. From inception to delivery, we will work with you to create the event of your dreams, to capture your imagination and to bring it alive - always with the highest level of professionalism and dedication, ensuring that everything comes together when it matters. Our services include full wedding and party design, event planning and management, venue searching, theming, sourcing suppliers and party accessories or simply just on the day support. For larger scale events we understand that steering a large ship successfully takes the effort of many and for this reason we never attempt to operate in isolation. In such instances our services may include sourcing of, consultation with and coordination between the very best of specialist services providers in the creative and entertainment industries such as clothing designers, jewellery agents, hair stylists, make-up specialists, trend consultants, florists, bar- and waiting services, travel- and concierge services, masters of ceremony and/or celebrity hosting, vehicle rental and security services.
We are truly passionate about producing unique and personal celebrations based on using our expertise and extra-ordinary insights that make the biggest impact on our client's special day. We jump through hoops, loops and over moons to create beautiful, bespoke and amazing events with the aim of capturing emotion-filled moments and everlasting memories for our clients and their guests.

A Big Little Bash Events are based in Pretoria, but can events at any location. No party destination or location is too far for us and we are always happy to travel further afield to make your party dreams a reality.

A Big Little Bash is a result of the dedication of Ilse & Jake Botha who combine their vast experience of the Events industry with over 15 years of creative, production and client management background to bring every client a truly unsurpassed event planning experience.
A Big Little Bash Events was born out of this unique combination of creativity, first class production and client management skills and a desire to leave a little bit of magic everywhere they go.
Janine Clarke joined A Big Little Bash Events, as part of the dedicated team to service a growing demand from clientele hosting private parties, weddings and kiddies events. With many years' experience in organising both small and large-scale events, she has a solid track record of event delivery and client management. Janine combines a clear understanding of what is needed for a successful event and with meticulous attention to detail and highly personal approach she has the creative capacity and resources to ignite dreams into reality.
This team brings together their strong communication skills, passion for life and infectious energy to every project and to every client.
Our clients are often style savvy and know what they want, but they lead hectic work lives.
