Orders require a minimum of 24 hours to complete. Monday-Friday. Closed Weekends and Holidays. Please allow up to 2 business days to receive order before inquiring the status of your order.

The current turnaround time can be found under the shipping and policies tab within this listing. The file received will be a high resolution SECURED PDF file. Adobe reader will be needed to open the file.

*****Please make sure if you are not printing at home, that the vendor you use for printing has Adobe reader. They will need to be able to open a locked file with adobe reader.****

Once your order is emailed you can print as many as needed for ONE event. You can print at home, or office supply stores (self serve machines).

****Please check with the vendor you will be using to print prior to purchase. Not all places can print character items. It is recommended that you use self serve machines.****

There will be no printed items mailed to you unless otherwise discussed.

HOW IT WORKS

Please leave all your information for the item in the notes to seller section during checkout.

It is important that you check your spelling and grammar, as the information will be copied and pasted as received.

Your order includes one round of edits for typos. Changing the layout, color or orientation in any way is not offered as an edit. If you require these types of changes, please inquire beforehand.

PHOTOS
If you invitation includes a photo, please send the photo in an Etsy message using the "attach image" link within the message box. For the best results photo should be high resolution, and a minimum of 300 dpi. Close up photos are not recommended, as the face may get cropped off. Please do not crop your photos.

REVISIONS
Any revisions will need to be requested within 14 days from the time your order is emailed. Please be sure to review your order promptly. Changing the size of an invitation is not offered as a revision. Revisions include changing the date, time, address, or photo.

If you require another size then purchased after the file has been emailed to you. The additional revision service will need to be purchased.

Due to variations in computer monitors as well as printers. The color printed may appear different then what is seen on screen. The color can also vary depending on the paper you use for printing.
