This set comes with everything you need to create birthday themed party decorations and stationery. Because the clipart elements and cupcake toppers come in vector format you will be able to change the colors to match the party theme and swatches.

FORMAT:
The cliparts come in PNG, JPEG and EPS8. Each clipart measures about 6 inches.
The cupcake toppers come in EPS8, JPEG, PDF. The cupcake toppers are 2 x 2 inches, you can punch them out with a standard 2 inch round scallop punch.
Raster files at 300 dpi.
