You will receive:
1) Banner: Add name and age
2) Cupcake toppers: 3 designs: including name and age of birthday child
3) Favor tags: 1 design - includes name and date of party
4) Water bottle labels: includes 5 designs: 3 of the graphics of your party, child's name and age
5) Thank you card: customized with name of child

To order: include the following information in the notes to seller field when you check out:

1) All party details: (Name, age, date, time, location, and rsvp info)
2) If the theme you chose has multiple color options, please include the color choices, hair color options, etc.

* Included with this sale are up to 2 sets of revisions. Additional revisions will incur an additional fee.
* Please print all proofs prior to approving final design. SwishDesigns cannot be held responsible for color variations between what you see on your monitor and how it prints on paper.
* Once the final versions are sent, no additional changes can be made without an additional charge. Please PROOF all samples prior to approving - this includes printing them. SwishDesigns is not responsible for errors once you have approved the final designs.
* There is no charge for shipping as these are electronic files.
