Please check our shop announcement & policy section for current turnaround time & delays. I DO NOT accept rush orders unless you contact me first to see if this is possible! There is a $5.00 fee for rush orders. Generally décor will be sent within a few hours of receiving your payment. However, please allow up to 4 days unless otherwise stated. We ask that you please read our policy section prior to purchase. This is here to answer your questions & make you familiar with my design process. Your purchase is your agreement to these policies, so please read them!! Please try to ask all questions before purchase to avoid any misunderstandings after.

I do not accept requests for changes to the design, font, font color, design color, etc. of my work. If you would like any changes made, please contact me for a reserved listing as there are fees for these! All of my items are designed by me. I do not copy & paste clips from party websites, I create each one by hand!

Items are sent in zip files for faster upload & send time. Most customers will receive 1 zipped file containing all items. However, due to file size limits of certain email providers, some customers will receive 3 zipped files. You must unzip the items in order to view them. If you are not familiar with zipped files or do not have the software to do so, I do suggest a couple sites with free versions/trials that you can use. You will find these links within the email that I send after purchase. Remember, these are digital files. Nothing is shipped.

•Due to the nature of our items, there are no refunds…no exceptions! Once you order & pay, the item is yours. This is stated several times, so this is not a new policy.

•Remember, these are digital items…nothing physically ships to you! Please do not order and expect a box full of items to arrive. Your items will be sent via email only! Do not purchase if you expect otherwise.

•We do not offer printing services at this time, but we may in the future. Our items are sent jpg only, but we may switch to PDF without notice.

•You must add our email address to your contacts as our emails are being flagged as spam. You will receive an auto message from our email as soon as you pay, but check your note from shop (scroll down on invoice) for our email after you pay. If you fail to do so, you may not receive your items. We ask you to do this to save yourself the worry later! Also, please do not wait until the day before your party or after your party to ask about your items. If you failed to add us & the items didn't make it to you within the stated turn around time, the items were blocked by YOUR email. This is not our fault, so please remember to contact us ASAP if you do not notice your items after you add us to your contacts & check your spam folder.
