HOW IT WORKS:

1. Pick and purchase your party pack.

2. When ordering, include the details:

Name
Age
Location
Date
Start Time
RSVP Contact Info

3. When ordering, choose your format:

PDF (two invites to a page) – suggested for home printing or copy center printing (Staples, Kinko's, etc...)
JPEG – suggested for professional printing (Target, Costco, etc…)

Please note that the water bottle labels and cupcake toppers will always be sent as a PDF file.

4. Within 24-48 business hours of cleared payment (typical lead time however be sure to check our policies page for current lead times before placing your order), we will email your customized party pack ready for printing!

REFUNDS

We do not offer refunds on any digital files that have been emailed to you. Please contact us if you are unsatisfied with your invite and we will try to work with you to get it just right!
