If your child has food allergies like mine you know you can never be too careful. This tag is perfect for labeling school bags, totes, lunch boxes, etc.

This two-sided tag has your child's allergies listed on one side and on the other are instructions on what should be done in case of an emergency along with your contact info. The tag is printed on high quality 80lb cover stock with a laser printer and then laminated.

When ordering be sure to include all info to be printed on the tag in the "message to seller" box. ***I can add other allergens to the tag, (ie, wheat), just let me know what needs to be included.
