Our baseball stickers are are perfect for your kid's baseball birthday party. Perfect for first birthday favors, milestone birthdays, baseball party decorations, and of course baseball birthday favors.

Each baseball label includes the guest of honor's name and birthday number, on a baseball-themed blue and red sticker.

• Number of Stickers •

The minimum number of stickers is listed for each sticker size. Minimum quantities cannot be lowered.

• Personalization •

Please make sure you enter your personalization details exactly as you would like them printed and please double check spelling and dates.

We’re happy to change the wording on our stickers to whatever you would like, but please keep your custom wording to roughly the same amount of text that is already on the sticker.

In most cases, we cannot change the color of graphics and images.

• Mason Jars •

If you’re purchasing stickers to use on mason jar lids, you’ll want to figure out which kind of lid you have: wide mouth, regular mouth, or mini mouth.

• Wide Mouth: Use a 2.5” round sticker on wide mouth lids
Wide mouth lids are the largest lids (of the three) and fit on many different jar sizes, including pint jars (16 oz) all the way up to 32 oz jars.

• Regular Mouth: Use a 2” round sticker on regular mouth lids
Regular mouth lids are narrower than wide mouths and also fit on a wide variety of jars, including 4 oz "jam & jelly" jars, as well as 8 oz half pint jars.

• Mini Mouth: Use a 1.5” round sticker on mini mouth lids
Mini mouth lids aren’t as common as regular and wide mouth lids. They fit on “mini jars” used for spices, small party favors (cute for gumballs)!, etc.

When in doubt, measure the indented part of your lid to determine which size sticker will work best for your jars!

• Printed or Digital •

You decide how you would like to receive your stickers:

• Printed - We print and ship your stickers. You will receive a physical product in the mail.
• Digital - We email you a digital file. You will receive a PDF that you can use digitally or print yourself.

• Proofs •

Proofs are sent only upon request. If you would like a proof, please request one in the Personalization section during checkout or send us a note with your order.

Please note that proofs add a minimum of 2 extra days to your order. Once your order is placed, we will email you a digital proof within 1-2 business days. (Proofs are sent to the email address associated with your Etsy account, so please double check that it’s accurate.)

You will need to review and approve the proof. Any and all feedback is welcome and revisions are unlimited!

If for some reason we don’t hear back from you within 48 hours of sending you the proof, we will submit your order to production *without approval* (but don’t worry, we’ll check it over carefully to make sure it’s perfect!).

• Production •

Production is the time it takes to make your order. For digital items, production time is 1 business day. We customize the file for you and email it to you within 1 business day.

For printed items, production takes 2-3 business days from the date of your order. (Production does not include shipping time.)

• When will I receive my order? •

For digital items, you will receive your file within 1 business day.

For printed items, here's a quick calculation to help you determine when you'll receive your order:
Production time (2-3 days) + proof (optional, 2-4 days) + shipping time (3-8+ days)

International (non-US) orders will take longer.

Generally, we recommend you place your order at least 2 weeks before your event date (or the date you need your items). If you have less than 2 weeks, please message us to see if we can accommodate your order. We’ll do our best to get you your order on time!

• Shipping •

Items with free shipping are sent via the US Postal Service (USPS) First Class Mail or Fedex Ground. Generally, our free shipping option takes between 2-5 business days in the contiguous U.S.; however, this is only an estimate. The USPS does not guarantee delivery dates for First Class mail.

You’re welcome to purchase a shipping upgrade to receive your order sooner. Shipping upgrade options vary by region and will be displayed during checkout. Please message us if you need help choosing a shipping upgrade.

• International Shipping •

International packages with standard shipping are sent via the US Postal Service (USPS) First Class Mail International. Shipping times vary widely based on the shipping destination.
