Birthday Banner in whimsical circus patterns and colors. "Happy Birthday" hand painted on whimsical colored cotton, pinked around the edges and topped with a fat red ribbon with white polka dots and trimmed with yellow ribbon for a Super Circus Birthday Party!! Each square measures 5x6" and the overall banner length is approx 6 feet, not including loops on each end to tie hang it by.
