This listing is for the Brook party hat and features a darling bright turqouise glitter background with tons of pop in my handmade fringe featuring hot pink, yellow, orange and turqouise. I have added a glittered number one on this hat but it can be made with or without any number or a cupcake just let me know what you prefer. I have also shown the banners available for sale in other listings. Please allow two weeks for your hat, should you need it sooner contact me first so I can see if I have time with my scheduling.
