Looking for a fun, girly retro party hat? This is it! A truly magical confection of crepe paper, vintage floral all topped with an authentic vintage ballerina cake topper! Only a few to be made with the vintage ballerina girls I have on hand. I found a darling paper that is a remake of a vintage wallpaper with beautiful minty green, pink, yellows. I have added oodles of my handmade crepe paper fringe and I make each hat to order so your may slightly differ than photograph. I can also whip up guest hats with plain front for $6 each, add our large banner for $45, highchair banner for $25 just ask!
