You will love the glow power of this black light banner! I use fluorescent pink, green, orange, yellow and white to make these cool party items. They will add that WOW factor to your next black light

NOTE: The single star pieces on the ends, shown in the second picture are not included. However, if you like that look, please convo me, and I can add them in for an extra charge.

Each circle is 4" in diameter. Not big enough for your wall space? Convo me for a quote on a banner with larger circles.

These papers do not glow in the dark. They do, however, light up like crazy under black light, as you can see from the photos.
