The toppers are made out of high quality cardstock and digital patterned paper. The flowers and butterflies are handmade. The numbers are covered in glitter. The number pieces are covered with glitter and attached to patterned paper. The number piece is attached to the a scalloped circle with foam tape to give it dimension. A lollipop stick and satin ribbon finishes them off.
